Roof Vent Installation

Repair Specialist removed the damaged vent from the roof. Installed a black slant back roof vent using roof cement and chem caulking. Sealed the other turbine vent on the roof as it was not previously sealed.
Also sealed two exhaust pipes on the roof and one furnace stack that were also not sealed.

Seal Wall Flashing Repair

Sealed all the remaining wall flashing on left and right of garage at front where it meets the second story and wall flashing at left side at back. (the right side in back was done during the initial repair)
Also sealed up all pipes or roof vents on roof for maintenance.

There was an exhaust vent that was installed broken. It appears as if the vent had been sitting and the plastic had deteriorated and turned brittle and when nails were put in it the flashing cracked and allowing in water. Removed this vent and installed a new 4 inch black exhaust vent. Sealed the flashing on a 3 inch exhaust pipe flashing that was allowing in water. Wind Damage and Incorrectly Installed Vents

A section of shingles is missing, ten shingles in one area were missing due to wind damage.
We removed the excess tabs that were ripped and removed some hip and ridge shingles.
We applied roof cement to the area and installed new shingles. We also applied roof cement where the old shingles met the new shingles as well as under the shingle tabs so they cant lift up again with the wind.

Roof Vent and Shingle Repair

W e had to remove 3 attic vents. At the homeowners request two of these vents were removed permanently and these areas were shingled over. They had had very small ineffective holes in the roof deck for these two vents.
The third roof vent was correctly reinstalled using roof cement and nails to ensure it is water tight.
We then sealed the exhaust pipe coming out of chimney.
We had to replace missing / damaged shingles in area of chimney due to animal damage.

Roof Vent Replacement

There are damaged vents 1 bathroom vent and 1 roof vent on north side of roof. We had to remove shingles , cut holes, add the ice and water shield, add the vents then reinstalled shingles. We sealed around the vents. Then we sealed a couple of roof leaks during the roof tune up.

Vent Replacement and Valley Repair

The roof leaks from multiple areas. There are 2 vents and a plumbing stack over the bathrooms that are leaking along with the shingles. There are also shingles in the valley area leaking.
We had to completely change out the 2 vents and replaced it with 4 inch flapper vents and redid plumbing stack flashing. We also sealed many shingles along the valley.
