Attic Frost Will Lead to Roof Mould

We replaced the metal vent with a different vent as it was improperly installed.
We sealed around the chimney flashing and shingles that were loose.
We did go into the attic and the entire inside of the roof decking is covered in frost. This will lead to the cycle of defrosting on sunny days and refrosting on cold days with will create black mould and wood rot.
To stop this the homeowner needs a whole new roof with properly installed decking, underlayment and proper roofventilation.

Homeowner has major ice damming issues on all sides of the home. Many of the eaves troughs on first and second story, approximately 80% had to be done by ladder and not by roof so this took additional time.
