Mr Roof Repair found there was a downspout that goes into the ground and there could be a clog down where it is supposed to drain in the ground. We cut the downspout and attached an elbow to redirect the water so it can flow freely away from the home.
We also Installed 110 ft gutter filter around the home as this will eliminate the build up of debris the eaves trough.

In front of house by the valley there were two areas with missing shingles. These were replaced with new shingles using chem caulking and nails.
There was also a shingle missing from around a 3 inch exhaust pipe. Replaced this shingle and sealed around the exhaust pipe. There was also another exhaust pipe in the back with a shingle missing as well. This was replaced and exhaust pipe was sealed.

Repair Summary:
Mr Roof Repair re-roofed the area where the flat roof meets the shingled roof and installed a ridge vent.
We removed the shingles from the sloped area of roof and installed underlayment (water proof membrane). We then installed new shingles using roof cement and nails.
After installing the new shingles, we installed a 15 ft ridge vent. We removed the cap shingles and installed the ridge vent. Installed hip and ridge and cap shingles to complete repair.

Homeowner had covered the vent area with a peel and stick membrane and nailed it down approximately every 6 inches.

We had to remove a bent soffit vent to match up at the store and replace with a matching soffit.
Cut back all 3 valleys at bottom and nailed down and sealed them correctly. We also sealed up 2-3 vents with exposed nails on the hip and ridge capping. Future work will be required.

We removed a bathroom vent and a roof vent on the North side of the roof. We started by removing the shingles, cut new holes and added an ice and water shield. We then reinstalled new vents and reinstalled roofing shingles. We sealed around the vent and sealed a couple of spots that were leaking and did a roof tune up.

There are 2 bathroom vents, one at the back of the house and one at the front. Both vents are leaking and there are nails that have popped out. We were able to seal all popped up nails underneath shingles near the vent. During the assessment we discovered that the roof looks food we will just need a roof tune up to maintain seals to keep everything watertight.

There is a roof vent leak on front domer in front of the house. There is also a rip around the vent through the ice and water shield area. We installed a new vent along with new shingles and sealed around the vent to prevent any future leaks.
We recommend a new roof, this roof needs 2 layers. We also found that the pitch is too low which means a flat roof would be the best solution to prevent leakage.
