Roof was missing shingles after a recent wind storm
The Problems We Found:
After we inspected the roof surface we found there were 4 missing shingles in 2 areas: on the top ridge at the back of home and between two plumbing stacks. We also discovered rows of shingles lifting on the bottom left side of gable near the starter.

While on location in central Toronto for this roof repair we first installed 3 inch plywood to close off gap between roof deck. This was covered with custom copper penny aluminium flashing. The main reason for the new roof flashing being installed was to close off and ensure that no animals could nest in attic and most of all make sure the entire area will not leak even under the heaviest of weather conditions. There was a ripped corner cause by animal damage found at the corner of the roof. The hole was covered by metal that extended out to the fascia board. We placed a protective shield over the area and reapplied the shingle. We then preformed a Roof Tune up and finished up by sealing rusted nail holes near the vent and at the peak of roof.
