The homeowner had discovered a small hole on his roof.
The Problems We Found:
We inspected the roof and discovered that the plumbing stack had been ripped open and appeared to have been chewed by an animal.
Solution for the Roof:
We removed 4 shingles and applied roof cement to each layer of shingles. We then installed a new 3 inch plumbing flange an finished off with new shingle installation.

We were called in to perform roof maintenance and to give it an overall check and tune up.
Maintenance Done:
We sealed 9 vents and 2 plumbing stacks along with the ridges, ridge caps and hip.. All the exposed nails were also sealed. All lifted shingles were re-secured and flashing was sealed on garage portion at the front of the home.
The eaves troughs were inspected and in good shape, however there were three rubber balls trapped and blocking the water flow, which we removed.

We were called in due to a severe leak of the home’s front entrance.
The Problems We Found:
We were shown leak which extended from first floor main straight down to the basement along one wall.
We inspected roof surface and discovered the valley was not only incomplete but installed incorrectly. Shingles were not installed and finished properly on both sides; they were stepped back and starter shingles were the only ones exposed.
