Due to the trees in the area there was a vast amount of leaves in the homes gutters along one side of the home.
The Solution for the Roof:
We cleaned out the home’s gutters and installed a gutter filter to ensure this area of the eaves does not get clogged in the future and to ensure that water does not get backed up in the eaves which can cause leakage.

The Problems We Found:
We did a full roof inspection and discovered that there are approximately 7 areas where raccoons tried to get into roof by lifting shingles.
Upon inspection we determined that the shingles on the roof surface are beginning to turn brittle and there is no underlayment. Chimney flashings needed sealing and eaves troughs needed cleaning.

We removed the animal-damaged singles, installed new ones using chem caulking and nails. We sealed the 2 chimney flashings.
