Luckily the homeowner does not need new roof.
Problem: Unfortunately, the valleys are shot. The valley one next to chimney was leaking really bad, to the point that the wood was exposed.
Solution: We slipped the shingle tabs to cover exposed wood on valley for now, we were able to seal around chimney, and around the vent pipe stack collar.

The homeowner has about 6ft of rotten decking that needs to be removed and a rotten trusses that need to be cut out and new ones installed. This will require us to remove shingles and underlayment in order to reinstall new underlayment and shingles in this area once wood has been replaced.
