Job: Install two exhaust vents and reinstall six attic vents
There are eight attic vents on roof – two of these are the incorrect vents and should be exhaust vents instead.
The remaining vents are all showing signs of leaking and are not properly installed.
The two incorrect vents were replaced with exhaust vents and the remaining six vents were reinstalled using roof cement and nails. This will ensure they are water tight and avoid costly interior roof damage or wood rot on roof surface.
