Mr Roof Repair installed ridge vent. We removed hip and ridge shingles (two layers) and then install 16 ft of ridge vent. We then re installed a new hip and ridge cap.
Decking under cap in that area was cut out so that the ridge can breathe and optimize the ridge vent.
We also installed a bathroom exhaust vent for a 3rd floor bathroom. We hooked it up and installed insulated hose.
Sealed three inch exhaust pipe as well.
