Why the Homeowner Called Mr. Roof Repair:
We were called in due to a new rip in the flat roof membrane (EPDM) above the front door.
The Problems We Found:
The rip was the result of animal damage.
The Solution for the Roof:
We cut patches around the damaged area and dried off the exposed wood area. We applied a new flat roof membrane on top of a layer of roof glue and roof tar cement. We applied an additional layer over top to ensure area is water-tight.
