What is it– Why use it?

HRTC is a non-refundable tax credit based homeowners are eligible on home renovations  that are completed that are of an enduring nature from Jan 27, 2009 until Feb 1st 2010. Right now 15% of any expenditure over $1000.00 but less than $10,000 is eligible for a tax credit of up to a maximum of 1350.00  to reduce your federal income tax.

Ontario Home tax credit If I get a roof repair am I eligible?  The answer is a two part one.  Yes and No– a roof repair that will endure is eligible but one that is put in place as a temporary way to stop a leak or further damage until you replace your entire roof is not.  Having said that, when you decide to redo a part of the roof or the whole roofing system that is eligible.

We have been getting a lot of questions about how to get a rebate for an energy audit and any grants for adding insulation to their attic.

The best way to answer that is to get the answer from the hosres mouth by going to the government website at http://www.homeperformance.com/ontario-attic-roof-insulation-rebate-grants-for-insulating-attic-roof

Or calling the 1-877-732-9888 they can best answer questions or book an assessment for you.
