Broken Shingles Caused By Animal Damaged

As part of our roof tune up we, cleaned the eaves trough at front of house.

Eaves trough and Downspout Repair

Problem: There are three soffit panels – two of which had blown off and one was hanging. The downspout problem that was overflowing in the corner was caused by a clogged downspout.
Solution: We re attached the soffit panels. Then sealed them with chem caulking so wind will not catch them again.
The seals are good in the corner and on the downspout. We then unclogged the downspout.
Our Roof Repair Specialist recommend that eaves be cleaned around entire house and a gutter filter installed.

Eaves and Downspout Repair

The homeowner had a downspout on the left side of the home (when facing home) that was clogged from leaves at top which helped it get heavy. It was also screwed into stucco which did not hold well. We reattached downspout together and attached securely into the stone as well as the PCB pipe that goes into the ground.
We recommend the eaves be cleaned out around entire home – the steeper roof which would need to be done by ladder.
Recommend 230 ft gutter filter be installed – also would be …
